RANGEVIEW ESTATES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NON-POTABLE WATER

The purpose of this consolidated body of Water Rules and Regulations is to ensure an orderly and uniform administration of irrigation water operations in the Property. These Water Rules and Regulations apply only to the Non-Potable Water System (as defined herein), not to the potable water system, as that system will be managed and controlled by the Town of Mead ("Town") or another public entity providing potable water service to Property.

IMPORTANT FOR RESIDENTS USING WATER IN 2026!

1. Upon ½ of rain or more pump station shuts down for 24 to 48 hours, then operations will start again according to the temporary watering schedule

2. Please note that this is potable water, not the river and ditch water the system typically runs on. It comes at a higher cost, so we ask that all authorized properties use their allocation conservatively and only run irrigation as needed.
